1. Preparation work

6. Adjustment and optimization

Adjust tension and friction: According to the performance in the trial operation, adjust the tension of the conveyor belt and the pressure of the friction disc to ensure that the friction is appropriate. Too strong friction may cause the transmission system to overheat, and too weak friction may cause the conveyor belt to slip.
Check the transmission system: Make sure that the gears, bearings, belts and other components of the transmission system do not make abnormal noises or overheat. If there is a problem, it needs to be repaired or replaced in time.

Test the emergency stop system: Check whether the emergency stop device is effective and ensure that the power can be cut off in time in the event of a fault or danger.

8. Maintenance and records
After installation, daily maintenance and maintenance work must be carried out to extend the service life of the friction conveyor line and ensure its long-term stable operation.
